Yes we do require a $75 deposit to secure the date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment & contract are received. The deposit does NOT go towards your balance. Your deposit will be refunded 24-48 hours after the event. Cleaning & Damage Deposit will be refunded only if the equipment is dry, not damaged, not stained, and balls are inside the ball pit at the time of pick-up. Any food, slime, spilled drinks, face paint, heel marks, excessive dirt, or permanent staining will result in the deposit being retained.
We are not able to set up in rainy/windy conditions for safety reasons. We strongly recommend an indoor back up plan to avoid cancelation. Any rain or winds over 20 mph will require an indoor location or result in event cancelation. Full Deposit will be refunded if cancelation takes place due to inclement weather.
